Bernard Weiner

Lynne Allison brings a stunning patrician beauty and dignity to Ranyevskaya. Some people just have stage presence; Allison simply commands attention, whether she is greeting her daughters, looking at the orchard, laughing with her brother or frantic with curiosity about who has purchased her estate.
